In the first two photos, large areas are out of focus. In the third photo, the shady areas are problematic. Unfortunately, this photo is also generally very blurred. Technical quality aside, ask yourself why a customer should buy these photos. For whom would this image content be interesting? It may help to read these sources:

Where the eye is directed when looking on your photo is the point of view. The first photo's point of view is the blurred out of focus section in the middle. In addition to that problem is that the picture is under exposed and noisy.

The second photo is also under expose and out of focus.

The third, too, is under expose and noisy and lost perspective.
