Reconsider artifacts?

Is there a way to have Adobe reconsider a rejected image when the reason is artifacts? I have submitted fileID 172134075 and 172134027 and both have been rejected. I can't see any artifacts on the images, and would like to know where the artifacts are found. It would help me in the future, to know what Adobe considers artifacts.

Thanks in advance.

Hey,

I checked the images. When you zoom in (100%) you can notice noise and artifacts. Especially in  the area of the building and the sky it is noticable.
