Looking for why this was rejected for 'Technical Issues'.  Thanks very much

The image appears to be "breaking-down" in the bottom right-hand corner. In that corner, it looks pixelated, choppy, and noisy.

In that case, I'm surprised they didn't report it as Grain/Noise.

I'll fix it up and re-submit.
