Hello Wild4u, This photo has lots of high-key white areas that need to be toned down, you may use several photoshop tools. Camera Raw is one. Just get your white balance right. Could be a wonderful photograph. Once it is fixed, resubmit it. Best, JH

Hi Wild4u

The first thing that caught my eyes is the unnatural appearance of the water waves. It would appear you sharpen a little too much. Also the water blue seem a little too saturated. So overall I'd say you might have processed a little too much. Your processing should be for corrections and should be inconspicuous. You will find the following link helpful.

Strange, I didn't sharpen at all. Maybe it's the 24MP Nikon. Thanks for the comments anyway.

Did you have a white border in the image that you uploaded? If so, this can be a reason for rejection. Don't include borders when uploading to Adobe Stock. I think the colour temp and saturation is ok in this shot. (You could increase the colour temp a bit and that would give it more of 'evening look'.)

Borders would be non compliant.

I see some noise in the picture when looking at it with my iPad:

...but that’s also a rejection reason on its own.

I would guess the blown out area is the technical reason as indicated:

This issue could be stamped out with Photoshop or similar.

But other defects need also be corrected.

Sharpening may be an issue when saving jpeg and not raw.

Just to be pedantic the blown out area would then be exposure issues.

Yes. May be the moderator simply saw multiple issues and chose ”Technical Reason” to cover up all of them...
