Rejected photo do to Technical Issues

Hello, I'm new here and this photo was rejected do to "Technical Issues" it don't give a description to what the technical issue is. I did color correction and some defusing of grain.

Two things I notice.

1st there is a very slight chromatic aberration on the eagle's white feathers - for example.

2nd, I think you could warm the image up a bit - add a bit more yellow. It's a bit blue - cold looking at present.
