Dear fellow contributors,

I am new to adobe stock and puzzled with the decision which of my pictures are rejected and which ones not.

A picture showing a public sculpture on a market place was rejected because of intellectual property issues. The sculpture / statue is on public ground and included in many other pictures on adobe stock. What do these other contributors do differenly? Do I need to ask the city council for a letter of acceptance or something?

Thanks if anybody can help me undestanding this.

How old is the sculpture? If less than 100 years you need a propery release. Also, a market place is likely to be full of recognisable signs, brands of car, clothing etc. You will need releases for all of them. If there are recognisable people you will also need model releases for each one.

Thanks for the quick and helping answer.

The surrounding is clear of brands etc, but I just checked and the statue is for sure not old enough. I did not know about the age issue so far. So other contributors may have property release.
