Rejection for technical reason (s) - some elboration wanted

My photo of Taj Mahal sunrise from unusual viewpoint was rejected for "technical reasons" but nothing specific stated.  Advice welcome.

Hi @hansbpp , This photo is extremely noisy and under exposed. Zoom you images to between 100 and 200% to inspect them for flaws before uploading. Best wishes JG Photographer and Nutrition Author

The colour balance also isn't good for this type of shot, even though it's early in the morning, it looks as though you have added a filter. Customers can add their own special effects filter if they want. And it is very noisy!
