Hi DB,

Zoom your image to between 100 and 200%. Take a look on the trunk and branches of the trees in the background at the right of the frame. you will notice that there is a display of purple color. That should not be there. Even the monument, towards the lower right side, there is a purple line that should not be there.

The shot is a little cool; meaning it is slightly blue in areas where there should be white, hence a color balance issue.

 

In addition to the technical issue, the file displays excessive noise/grain.

 

The issues may be corrected using a photo editor such as Photoshop (Ps). In this case you will need to adjust color temperature, possibly exposure, noise and lens adjustments. 

 

I don't get the impression this was taken in RAW. If not major corrections sometimes causes further damage to the file.

Hello,

As mentioned, you have what is called chromatic aberration.

The overall sharpness is also not so sharp.
