Hi,

since unfortunately it is not possible to change the country in the Adobe Stock profile when the owner of the account moves to another country, he has only two options:

1. to continue to use indefinitely his old account with old address,

2. or to close Adobe Stock account (and lose earnings and all else), open new Adobe ID / Adobe Stock account with new address and start from scratch (because, unfortunately, It is not possible to transfer content from one Adobe Stock account to another account).

So, I would like to know is it possible to unsync Fotolia account from the old Adobe Stock account, so that later same Fotolia account can be synced with new Adobe Stock account (so that at least images from Fotolia account are automatically uploaded to the new Adobe Stock account)?

Or is there some other way to do this?

Thanks

No, there isn't a workaround for this. The country/zone is set in your Fotolia account too and cannot be changed. You would need to delete your account completely and start a new account at Adobe Stock from scratch.

looping in MatHayward for expert advice on how to proceed.

I personally would not see an inconnvinience in keeping the old account, except that some problems would arise like taxes, bank account that do not match the country of residence (but inside of the EU there is no problem with the latter)...
