Unable to upload CSV

Every time I try to upload a CSV, to apply my metadata to my photos, I get the following:

"The upload of your CSV file failed."

I have no idea why. It's properly formatted. One that I uploaded yesterday worked just fine. The name of the document is just csv.csv (but I've tried renaming it to other names as well, same issue)

Anyone else had this issue? How do I fix it?
