These pictures were not accepted due to exposure problems. I have used one of them as a screensaver for my phone and its much better with the current exposure on black screen background than doing something else or... maybe not. Suggestions? (50% quality on both pictures)
The exposure is not in balance. Extreme intensity whites and deep intense darks. Sharpness suffers.
Try the Photoshop raw camera filter to bring down these two areas to a normally good photo if you can. Try a few things and resubmit at least number two. Good luck. JH

You may have underexposed them on purpose, but if uploading to Adobe Stock, then it is better to keep an average exposure, not too under or overexposed.
In your first picture, you have some rather dark areas - windows of the buildings with not much detail. Also a point to consider is this may come under IP rights due to the signs on the buildings. For instance, I now know that Skanska is the developer that is doing the construction.
Your second shot is underexposed in the foreground/midground. Also this picture may come under IP rights.
