Hi all, We have temporarily disabled all vector uploads at both Fotolia and Adobe Stock for maintenance. We will resume uploads as soon as possible and will update in this forum post when that happens. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Vector uploads have been back up and running for some time now. The error message you show specifically states your artboard does not meet our requirements.
Please review the upload specifications and update your file to be compliant with the guidelines: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/how-to/submit-sell-vector-art.html
I followed the requirements but it still does show that message
have problems all the time like ymaj57924894 and liudmylam9983527. I still have such messages when sending zip folders like liudmylam9983527 and when sending a separate eps or al file such message as ymaj57924894. I do everything as it should, I checked in the tutorial. However, I do my work in corel x5 and not in Adobe Illustrator. When I downloaded the free Adobe Illustrator program, the al file was uploaded without any problems but I did not upload the zip file in the zip folder. In what program do you make your vectors? Do I have to buy Adobe Illustrator. Regards, All Elizabeth
Corel EPS files should be ok, if they meet the requirements. There is no need to use Illustrator.
