Video file not appearing in "new" tab

Hello,

I am attempting to upload a video file (.mov) however no matter what I do the file does not appear in the "new" tab for me to add keywords etc. I tried via Premier Pro/ AME's integrated uploader. It said it was successful, but did not appear. I figured since it was a 2.7k resolution file it might take longer, so I went to bed, I checked on it about 15 hours later and nothing, so I used the traditional FTP protocol, with a successful upload, and a few hours after the upload still nothing?

The video files don't confirm to standard size, and therefore failed to upload. Unfortunately there's no error message in place to alert you to the failure. These are the sizes we can accept:

1280x720

1920x1080

2160x1080

3840x2160

4096x2160

4096x2304
