waiting for a payment

Hi, I am still waiting since two weeks for a payment of 43,65euro as contributor.
Is it a common problem? 😞
On STATUS says "waiting"

Payments are processed manually in the order they are received. The average wait is between 7-10 business days. I checked your account and see that your currently pending request was submitted yesterday.

Your previous conversion request was submitted on October 13 and was processed on October 21. This is within the normal range of time it takes for a payment request to be processed.
