Greetings sasik89455032,

oleschwander and ricky336 have provided you with expert tips.

If you want to offer stock to Adobe you must know and use the guidelines set forth by Adobe. While your photo is interesting you must also ask yourself what an Adobe customer would do with it?

Even great photos can be also be rejected for lack of aesthetic value or demand for the subject matter. Always search your work under high magnification 100 - 200% and find your own errors first before sending them to Adobe

Hello,

Unfortunately, the links you posted and the resulting pictures are just too small to make any critique.

Can you post samples in this forum?

So, it's probably due to some noise in your background area. Have a closer inspection of your background:

Also, note the black spot!

And, I would give the egg more room and not crop so tightly.

I've looked at your picture, but due to slow internet, I cannot upload my comments on a screenshot. But that is not necessary. Here are my findings, any of them will result in a refusal:

  • There is colour banding in the background. This very often happens when JPEG compressing a picture in camera and the camera misinterpreted a dark background as not uniform. Slight colour differences may result in visible artefacts with "intelligent" cameras.
  • There are black spots in the background. You need to edit those out. They may be naturally present or simply dust on the lens and the sensor, but they are disturbing the overall image appreciation.
  • The egg is not sharp. It is very important to find the main subject in focus, witch is here not the case

I would also add the tight framing as said by
