@Ammaar Ghani I get your concept of a tire or wheel as in "the wheels keep on turning" and I like the mood and color combination but it's too out of focus overall. There should be one major area that is in sharp focus which here should be the wheel itself. I would also remove the spike-looking object on the right since it doesn't add anything and would give the image more negative space.

Unfortunately, glare from highly reflective surfaces doesn't do much for your image. 

 

You might want to look at what other Stock contributors are doing to get a feel for what is accepted by Stock.
