Why i can't upload Photoshop files? but in adobe stock is there an option to buy photoshop files?
Is it only certain contributors that can upload photoshop files?
Does Adobe Stock have plans to open up opportunities for Photoshop contributors?

Are you referring to psd format? I believe the whole idea is to accommodate maximum compatibility, and at the same time avoiding duplicates and and spamming. I have not tried it, however I believe you may be able to market these file via Adobe Portfolio (Pf) since that software accommodates direct upload from photoshop.

I don't think so since the guideline stipulates JPG, AI, EPS, and SVG formats.

I believe once the file is saved in JPG and meets the required quality guidelines, there should not be a problem accepting. However if you are speaking about images created in photoshop, why not create them in AI instead in which case you would not end up with a raster file and thus would have maximum flexibility since they would be easier to scale without loosing quality.

My point is to sell template or editable template files in a PSDT format, like Mockup, Text effect, Flyer...
