There are a handful of recognizable people in the image. View the photo at 100% and I expect you can make out some faces. You will need to submit model releases for everyone recognizable to sell this image for commercial use.

I'm sorry Mat but that's simply not true. The only person who you could possibly question has a hat on that puts part of their face in shadow and also is wearing sunglasses.
