I have just posted photo of my illustration like a public lighthouse and random pattern painting. After review, it is in pending status stating property release missing. I don't know why the below images need a property release document. Kindly advise.

All art works need a release from the person who made the art. You made it yourself? How would Adobe know! A release tells them, and says you take legal responsibility.

Hi @Nithya5FA7,

To add to what @Test Screen Name  said, historic landmarks such as lighthouses are frequently protected. You may need written permission to sell its likeness commercially.  In that case, you would need 2 IP releases.  One from the legal owner of the lighthouse and one from the artist who created the illustration.

Hope that helps.

Based on my experience property release is not requested for lighthouse.

In the US, privately owned lighthouses are common.  In any case, a property release should be obtained for anything that is privately-owned.

Just now I checked, it is owned and managed by the town. Then, the property release is not required right?

Wrong.  You should ask your attorney.  Or contact the township or city clerk for clarification.

Hi @Nithya5FA7 ,

Please follow my suggestion at https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors/why-property-release-for-public-property-and-some-... . I believe you understand the definition for "experience". Create a release for the artwork and submit.  Let the review moderators decide otherwise. We are fellow photographers, and not reviewer moderators.

Best wishes
