You've got some pretty serious issues with aggressive post processing that will prevent this file from being approved. The contrast is way too intense and it's oversharpened.
That is not the reason for the "non-compliant" rejection however. You have added a watermark in the lower right corner of your image. Regardless of how great an image is, adding a watermark will always result in an automatic "non-compliant" rejection.
I recommend you remove the watermark and if you shot the image RAW, re-proc

thanks for the answer, i'm new here so I didn't know about the watermark thing, as for the post processing, I edit the photo that way because originally the photo was awfull, and also it was not taken with a reflex camera.

To be a good picture for Adobe stock, processing should be such that processing is not noticable. But it’s clear that some processing is practically always necessary.
Out of focus images are normally lost. If you need to overly correct the image, it’s lost.
