why was this photo rejected?

The photo was rejected due to "technical problems". What exactly do they mean? Does anybody know?

Is there any File id you can share for this rejected photo.

Files can be rejected for many different quality or technical issues. Pl. review links mentioned below.

The asset has been finally put “online” after discussing with the moderator’s lead about it.

BUT Please remember these kind of files(the blue background with a random light effect) are not needed in Stock, and would be probably refused...

Hi Jobakashii,

Your photo is a bit pale, and seem to have a white balance issue. I believe the aqua should be bluer.

I also think it lacks a bit of contrast - I think it is a little bit too pale and rather flat.

What you describe is actually what I thought would be good in this case:

A pale flat image that serves well as a background image and doesn`t get in the

way of the text or sth. that someone puts in front..
