I don't really understand what you are talking about, except that it looks like you were experiencing payement issues. And for this, you will need to contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

@3f3_�etinkaya0579 also don't forget there is another charge called taxes. So, you may have the right amount to cover the cost the plan or application, but there will be another tax on top of that. Also, the prices will be in USD (I live in Canada, and when I bought Adobe, the credit card company charged my credit card in US exchange rates (whatever the market rate is). So, if the credit card doesn't have enough funds to cover the exchange rate or taxes, the payment can't go through
