안녕하세요, 10개 체험 무료를 신청하고 나서 저는 10개 이상 사용하면 결제가 되는줄 알고 그냥 놔뒀는데, 4월부터 매달 결제가 되고 있었습니다. 저는 어도비스톡에 들어온적도 없고 다운도 한번도 안 받았는데 이거 환불 못 받을 수 있는 방법 없나요 ?
