I have a plan of 10 pictures per month, however, I forgot to download for the last 2 months. On my profile, it says that I have 20 images available... and today I was able to download only 10. Am I gonna be able to get the rest of the images one day????
If you are having issues with downloading your files can you please follow the steps below and try again.
Clear your browser history and restart your browser.
If you have any browser extensions or plug-ins, disable them. It may be one or more extension causing the issue. You may have to use trial and error to find the culprit. Anti-virus is often a cause.
Is the issue occurring when you download to a particular library or all libraries? If your library has too many assets or has a corrupted file downloads to the library may be blocked.

There is no need to use up your contingent in one month time. Unused credits pass over to the next month and this for up to a years credits (in your case 120 credits). So there should be no problem by design to license 20 images in a day.
