So I feel confused and cheated. File number is 355832303. I need the psd with smart objects. Now I only got a vector file and a jpeg. Can this be fixed of do I get my money back?

It is extraordinary to find this in Adobe stock. Not only do we have a completely false description, the submission should have been rejected on IP grounds several times over. Has someone found a way to bypass all Adobe's modartatoe checks?
