Abbonamento Adobe Stock ma Licenze non disponibili

Faccio parte di un team di 5 membri - ID A757E4DA5FA79CF144DA. Sono amministratore.

Nel team io ed un altro utente abbiamo la licenza Creative Coud All Apps + Adobe Stock.

Purtroppo non riesco ad ottenere la licenza per le immagini in preview presenti nella libreria.

Sì, sono loggato sia sul sito che in Photoshop.

No, non risultano licenze disponibili per scaricare immagini né su sito Stock, né in Photoshop. Sto pagando per un servizio che non funziona. Vi chiedo di porre velocemente rimedio. Grazie.
