Hi there,
I has a Fotolia subscription between 2016-2018 that gave me a number of monthly image downloads. However, I didn't download my licenses at the time and was unaware of the merge to Adobe as I moved to buying images from a different platform.
I really need to access and download these licenses for my site admin. I still have all my Fotolia email, username and password details. How can I do this and is there a way of syncing my account with my Adobe account under the same email?
Many thanks.

I would suggest, you contact Adobe customer care for this. Fotolia has been closed now for a while, and a year ago, Adobe also closed the form to Fotolia support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

Moving this to the stock forum, which is the correct one for this query. OP is a buyer, not a contributor.
