Hi,
We have two inactive contracts with Adobe and we have one current Team plan. On our current Team plan, we can see our license history (starting from October 2019). However, we can't seem to access our prior stock photo license history for our previous contracts.
This is an issue because we have just received a copyright claim about an image we licensed on a prior contract and need to be able to prove that we licensed it.
I've talked to like 5+ people and counting on the Adobe support chat and keep getting transferred and they don't seem to understand the issue (or at least haven't explained how I can access the license history for inactive accounts). The old accounts don't show up in the profile switcher at stock.adobe.com just the active one (and my personal one).
Does anyone know how to access that history? Maybe an Adobe Employee on this forum like @EvilBug1 or @Contributor1 will have some ideas? We just need to be able to see it!
It would also be great to get the license history migrated to our current plan, but my one concern with that is if we have licensed images again on our current plan, I would want the date to show the earliest date they were licensed on any of our plans (not the latest date), otherwise that might not protect us against some copyright claims.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

@ó!ô I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. It seems you have already closed the old account. License history won't be visible in that case. Couple options.
1. Transfer the license history from old account to the new one. This will allow you to access all the licensed assets in the past. We will need both account information, as well as an authorization letter authrizing us to do the transfer in this case.
2. As for Proof of License. If you provide your account account and the purchased asset infomamation, we will be able to generate a "Proof of License" for the spefic asset.
Both of the approaches require some further information from you. You can either call Customer Care to provide the information, or send me private message here. I will be able to help.
