Hi there,

I hope someone can help. When searching through images I clicked the licence button by mistake and now have an image I don't want. #270009564
Is it possible to have the image credit refunded if I delete the copy automatically downloaded?

Is there any way to have an 'Are you sure you wish to licence?' option before confirming purchases?

Thanks

It seems to be that Adobe chose the easiness of use. It shouldn't be a big deal to avoid the licence button; however, it never happened to me after multiple years of using stock.

This said, you can contact Adobe customer care for a credit back. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
