Accidental license and one purchase unable to upload

I clicked on image #84604521 and accidentally hit the license button. Is there a way to unlicense it? 

Also, the image #167079990 cannot be uploaded to the program I am using. Please help.

I have verified that you have licensed 84604521 asset and have granted you a replacement license. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.
