Hello,
I clicked license on an image to see how many credits it would cost thinking that it would show a confirm page like it does for music and video instead I licensed an unwanted image and am now out 1 credit. I would much prefer to have my credit and not the image is there anyway to reverse this?
Regards,
V
Hello @Deleted User, I've refunded the credit for the accidental license.

Did they solve your problem? The same thing happened to me, they deducted $399 from my card, I'm going to go crazy, how is that possible?

You had a different problem. You got asked if you really wanted to buy a licence of that Premium asset, and you explicitly confirmed the buy.
In that case, there is not much that Contributor1 can do for you. You may get help by contacting Adobe customer support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

Standard assets cost one credit. You get only asked a confirmation, when an asset costs more than one credit. The number of credits gets shown on the site, so you do not need to “check” how many credits are needed.
It may be that @Contributor1 can help you out with a replacement credit.

How does your post relate to OPs problem?

There was no mention of how much it would cost me thats why I clicked the button. Either way its good practice to confirm if a customer is ready to make a purchase. Thats common practice throught the internet.
I would like to have my credit reimbursed.

That's a standard asset, and “License” means you want to license this.

Thank you, I will learn more about the difference in asset class. However I still would like to recommend that all asset classes prompt the buyer to first confirm that they want to license the asset. Take care.
