What to do: I received a free trial of Adobe Premium and then was suddenly upgraded to an annual subscription; I only found out about it after I was charged. I tried to cancel it, but there was a cancellation fee. I never intended or requested the subscription, but I had no idea it had been automatically added to my account without my knowledge. I've already been charged for two months, but I don't use Adobe Premium much.

Subscriptions do not get added without some action on your part. You checked a box and agreed to the subscription. Nevertheless, you might be able to negotiate a reduction in the cancellation fee. Go to this page and in the chat box type "agent" to reach a live customer support agent.
