Please help.  I accidentally downloaded FILE #: 203583737.  I thought it was part of my Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month Annual plan, paid monthly, but the download was $270.61... completely unaffordable for me, and completely accidental.  Please help me resolve this as quickly as possible!!

Hi Claudia,

Sorry to hear that.

With the subscription plans, you may only license standard assets. Premium assets, such as videos, Premium collections images, and editorial images or videos, can be licensed on-demand or using credits from a credit pack.

For more information, you may also refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock

The asset 203583737 which you have licensed is a premium image(on-demand purchase) and that is the reason there is a deduction of an amount $270.61 from your account.

On-demand purchases are non-refundable, however, since you have accidentally licensed the asset please reach out to our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? to check if an exception can be made in this scenario.

In case you are unable to reach our support team through the above-mentioned link, please see Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards,

Twarita
