Accidentally licensed image instead of just previewing it!

This one-click licensing is crazy! I mistakenly clicked on the blue "License" button on a thumbnail for image I did NOT want to license. I was attempting to simply right-click for the contextual menu to just open the image in a new tab to search for something similar to it. I do NOT need this image and now I've lost one of my 10 free stock downloads! Help!? This is file# 158570067.

I have also tried contacting chat about this several times. The first time I asked to chat with an agent at 8:54PM EST. At 11:30PM I finally gave up. I'm trying again now, but twenty minutes later, still nothing!

Hi there,

I have confirmed that this image has been licensed under your account. I have added an extra image license to your account which you can use instead.

Thanks

Kanika

Thanks so much, Kanika. I will say that there seems to be a disconnect between with what you and the main Adobe Support team can do. It appears that others who have experienced this same issue have contacted Support and, like me, have been told that they "can't do anything." It was only after begging and pleading and showing them the Community Forums posts that my issue was escalated to a supervisor. This seems sort of unnecessary — couldn't everyone just be on the same page?

Thanks again for your help — it's much appreciated.
