accidentally licensed image twice - need a refund

I downloaded and bought 4 images, nut accidentally licensed one of them twice, image number 3868337.

I'm not entirely sure what has happened but another image I downloaded (120243109) was downloaded with name of image 3868337, so that is where the confusion happened i think.

How do I get a refund on one of the licenses for 3868337?

I got the image checked, however, the image appears to be fine. I think you got confused with both the images.

I'm not sure what happened but I got two different images downloaded with the same image number which did confuse me, but with these things there's some many variables between servers and users systems that could go not quite right but I'm not ruling out an error on my part.

but anyway, thank you for the refund/credit.
