I also fell into this trap and accidentally licensed an image. Please unlicense this image file 120849140.
or credit an image.
Having "License" embedded in the image so users think by clicking anywhere on the image it will merely open for closer viewing, only to discover that they have irreversably licensed the image, is tantamount to tricking users with the software. It's clear this problem goes back to at least 2015 and has not been addresssed.
Thank you.

I went to that link and scrolled down to "Sign in and contact us" and it did not work.
See screenshot. Do you have a more direct way to contact the Adobe staff?

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Stock forum so that proper help can be offered.

Thank you, EBQ,
Can you confirm where I should ask future questions like this?
Also, does Adobe Stock plan to fix this issue on the website that causes people to accidentally license photos? It would be a simple "Please Confirm" page. This issue goes back at least to 2015 and is an obvious design flaw.

Hi A.,
I do forward feedback to our product management team. We recently changed the interface around licensing and the product management team is evaluating what changes can be made to provide a better experience. There are trade-offs with having a confirmation message every time you want to license an asset and allowing you to license quickly.

Thanks EBQ,
I don't think there are trade-offs--who needs to license an image that quickly? It's more important to not accidentally license something. Is Adobe doing any user testing on this? I think it's obvious from the people who have written in that it's too easy to license something accidentally, and too hard to undo the mistake.
Besides, there are other solutions. You can easily put in a feature to undo an accidental licensing instead of having a confirmation message. As it is, not even Adobe employees can unlicense something. Essentially, Adobe has designed the system to be biased toward facilitating mistakes on the part of customers, and having those mistakes be very difficult to undo. All you need is an "Undo" button.
