accidentally licensed image

Hello, I accidentally licensed image #348439055 - could I please undo somehow? I was browsing and suddenly the image was licensed. It should be done better in UX. I'd like to contact support in chat, but I really can't find the chat anywhere on the adobe support website! Really frustrating.

The interface is made for easy licensing. Some people are licencing hundreds of assets. Having each time a question if they are sure to licence this asset, they would lose quite a lot of time. And even a second screen would not stop people to licence as the requests here prove.

But can I please get your help with where I reach the chat? the chat options here are greyed out and in this whole page there are only links to Forum.
