I accidentally purchased a $249 adobe stock image 294689001instead of the regular images that come with my account. Support says they will not refund the image! I don't want to use this image I clicked on it by accident.
With the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums I was able to look up your case notes. The agent noted that the transaction has been voided. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to complete.
