I accidentally subscribed for Adobe Stock for three months after it automatically converted the trial plan into a paid plan. I never used it and do not plan to use any stock images from Adobe during this period. I also could not access my credit card statement due to problems with my bank, hence was unaware of the subscription. The email notification from Adobe was also sent into my spam folder...
Now I am charged around USD90 for a service I did not use, and the charge will continue for 9 more months since it is an annual subscription plan. If I cancel the plan now, I have to pay half of the remaining fees WHICH IS NOT STATED IN THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION.
I tried contacting a customer service agent for a cancellation and refund and he/she said something about waiving the fees for the next three months. But I do not need any of Adobe's services/ products! Help?
I have the same issue, is there any way I can get assistance on this?
