Accidential Purchase/License

New Here ,

I have accidentally licensed the same photo twice and this used up my last photo credit. I was trying to click on a duplicate of an image I licensed to see what the difference was between the two and it licensed it now I am stuck with two of the same photos and I'm out of credits.

Hi Jelisa,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

I can see that both the files (#100989102, #100989353) have the same content. Let me report this file to the product team.

Meanwhile, I am adding an image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

Hope this helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards,

Twarita

Hi there,

I apologize for the troubles that you faced.

I checked your account details and I see that you have an active Adobe Stock- 10 images per month subscription on your Adobe ID and you've used the 10 licenses from the current allotment but I don't see any file to be licensed twice.

Would you mind confirming me the file ID that you think you've licensed twice?

Regards,

Sheena

Hi there,

So I purposely licensed: #100989102

and then licensed:#100989353 on accident right behind it. It is the exact same image.

Thank you

I just used our company Adobe Stock account for the first time and accidentially licenced a photo: https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/the-woman-throwing-the-used-medical-mask-to-the-trash-bin-with-glo...

Can you please unlicence this photo? I have no use of it?

Thank you so much.

Best,

Eric Czotscher
