Accidently committed to annual plan.

Hello, I selected Buy Now for annual commitment instead of month-to-month. I only need a few stock photos, and have tried to cancel my plan and its stating I now be charged an early cancellation fee?

 

This was completely in error, and I cannot afforf to pay a cancellation fee for a product I have no continued use for. How do I get assistance with this?
