I can't access to the billing history after purchase, and the credits are gone too.
The page keeps saying I have no history for purchase but it has transaction from my credit card. Desperately need some helps and responses!

I checked the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums and I do not see any subscriptions or credits associated with this email address. You'll need to confirm which email address you used to set up your subscriptions.

I used <REMOVED BY MODERATOR> to purchase the one month trial with 10 standard assets on the 14th April, around 15:00 HK time. The below shown the credit card tranaction notification details.
"AE: A transaction of HKD228.00 from ADOBE SYSTEM was made on your Card ending with 92003"
And after that I downloaded below 4 assets using the credits purchased but now I cannot find any billing history in Adobe Stock. I need to summit the invoice to the account team and cancel the subscription after one month by today.

Hopefully I could hear some good news.....I don't want to have any chance to charge this credit card next month and I DESPARATELY need the invoice back...

If you have an order number for your subscription I can look that up. Unfortunately there are no subscriptions under your email address you are sharing with me. I see that you only created this forum account today. Are you using the Creative Cloud desktop app? Check the account you use with the desktop app.
