account suspension (for credit card disconnection) and credits disappeared

my account was suspended due to a problem with the credit card. When solved all the credits disappeared !!! can you please reactivate somthing like 150 photo credits ? Thank you in advance

I suggest you contact customer care on this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
