Account validation issue

Hello.

Today my account was blocked. It's said "Your account has a validation status issue". I don't even know how this could happen. I sent a message to contributor-support@adobe.com but still have no answer.

How can I know about a reason of blocking? And what should I do to unblocked my account?

How much time it takes to get answer about my problem? My account is blocked, I don't know why and I didn't get any mails.

Check your Spam folder and see if a potential email went into there. Do keep in mind that it's weekend and thus you will likely get an answer next week.

Today I received an answer:

"Your account has been blocked by our security team after suspicious activity was noted within your account. it is under investigation. 

We cannot unblock you as the investigation is ongoing. "
So, I'm very sad. No one can tell me what really happened and I don't know what to do.
Does anyone had a similar situation with "suspicious activity"?

You need to wait for the investigation coming to a conclusion. There is nothing anyone here can do more now and Adobe will not discuss this publicly.

Today I received an answer with THIRD reason why my account was blocked!!!

First was suspicious activity.

Second was fraudulent activity.

Now they told me about content which was created not by me. 

And still no information what should I do!
