Active Plan but cannot get photo licences

Hello,

I have an active plan of 10 pictures/month. The last payment was on the 1st of May, and I had about 20 assets the last time I logged in, which was about 10 days ago. 

Now, I wanted to get the license for some pictures, and it only gave me the option to buy them, this for any picture, also those included in my plan. If I click on the user account circle on the top right of the page, it says I have no active plan and no license, but if I enter in the payment options, it says I have a 10 pictures plan and that the next payment will be on the first of June.

I really need to solve this issue immediately as I am working on a project with a close deadline for a client.
