I'm not sure to understand correctly. So, please answer this question: Going to https://account.adobe.com/plans, do you see a stock plan? If not, the plan has been cancelled. If you see the plan there, the cancel was not successful, and you should contact Adobe customer care for help.

If you have still trouble, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
