I downloaded a 3D shirt model form Adobe Stock, and when I try to open it in Dimension I get an error message saying Unable to Import Model. I tried upadating my computer and re-installing Dimension. I then tried opening some starter asset models and several of them did the same thing. I also tried opening all of the models I've previously downloaded and none of them worked, all of which I have never had an issue with before. Any guesses?
It would be nice to post the asset ID here. You may akso ask this question in the Dimension forum, as this seams to be a dimension problem and less a model problem.
