I did not sign up for an annual subscription and I can't seem to be able to cancel it without paying cancellation fee for something that I don't use!! I have tried reaching to customer services but they finish the chats without answering/resolving my issue. TOTAL SCAM that I did not sign up for!

You probably signed up for a free trial and did not cancel before the trial period ended. The terms of the trial clearly indicate that you're entering into an annual subscription if you don't cancel the trial.

I am not a new user to Adobe suite and have a annual subscription for creative cloud for over 5 years now. I did cancel the subscription for Adobe stock as it was useless to me but due to no fault of my own it didn't work. I was having issues with my creative cloud and account details around that time and I had contacted customer services regarding it all. In any case the issue has been resolved now and the subscription that I didn't sign up for has been ended.
