As a long-time Adobe Customer, I decided to try Adobe Stock for a project I'm working on. Their offer states that I get ten assests for a month "risk-free" and they won't charge me until the 2nd month. It's a lie. The minute I signed up, Adobe charged my credit card immediately. When I asked for a refund, the said it would be 7-10 days. What I want to know is if you're so quick to take my money instantly based on a bait and swtich lie, how about refunding my moneyinstantly. What's worse, they did not even apologize or acknowlege the lie.

Hi drjay,
You've already received the first month free offer in March 2017 and are not qualified to receive it a second time.

Then you should have stated CLEARLY the terms of the offer and then
identified my account as not eligible for the offer and placed a prompt or
notification before the transaction took place. Then tell
potential customers that this is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME OFFER. AND, do not
send push notification or emails to me with that very same offer, thus
avoiding bad situations like this. My trust is gone
