Adobe Stock Cancellation

After seeing the Adobe Stock trial offer I wanted to try out that feature to know if I was interested in purchasing a membership. After a while I received a warning about the payment failure regarding the subscription. The failure notice had a message saying that "Cancellation Fees" would apply if I didn't proceed with the payment. I was extremely disappointed but I thought I could only pay the first month and then cancel my subscription.

With the fear of having to pay for a "Cancellation Fee" without even starting to pay for a subscription I paid the first payment of the subscription. To my own surprise, then I was prompted by a 6x Month Cancellation Fee of almost 200€ to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription.

I simply don't use this feature, I don't want to be stuck with it for all this time... How can a giant in the design industry deal with such misleading conduct as this? After using Adobe Cloud and Adobe Products in my office for years now, this is the first unpleasent situtation I've encountered...

Please, I wish my subscription to be cancelled right away without any fees (as advertised), since I even paid more than what I should have!
